父母移民/特別請86321 幫忙

父母移民的CASE要求補充資料, 信中說:
A gap exists in your residence history of more than six months.

我們立刻重新填寫了表格, 包括了父母16歲至今所居住過的地方. 但當我們去派出所開無犯罪記錄, 要求寫明時間跨度, 被拒絕了.

但我突然發現上次的無犯罪記錄公證書上是這樣寫的: 在中國居住其間無犯罪記錄.

我的問題是: 這樣一來把重新填寫的230 表和原來的無犯罪記錄公證再寄出去是否就行了? 無犯罪記錄公證是否一定要注明時間跨度?
