I am applying for my mom who is in China too. Do you know that if all the documents need to be translated to English or not? On the web site, they said so. But when I called NVC, several representatives told me that since my mom will get interview in China, so the documents don't need to be translated into English. I just want to see if anybody heard of this too. Thanks.
