老人高血壓問題

我媽81歲了剛拿到綠卡沒有醫療保險。她最近有點感冒我們測她血壓高壓180 前後，低壓80 前後。請問各位有什麽OTC降壓藥推薦嗎？ 她2月底要回中國，這樣坐飛機危險嗎？ 由於她一直能吃能睡，在國內也沒有高血壓這種情況，我都沒留意這點。我媽有早期dementia症狀。
