眼底和眼球結膜出血不是一回事！

眼底：在眼球的最後麵，因此稱為＂眼底＂，肉眼是無法看到的。用眼底鏡或眼科專用的燈才能看到。眼底出血原因：糖尿病視網膜病變，視動脈血管硬化等疾病。

眼球：這是我們能看到的。睡眠不足，或者哭後，球結膜會充血。球結膜出血，出血相對少見，可有外傷，使用抗凝血藥物，肝功能異常等引起。
