中等的中年油膩

我這人就愛湊熱鬧，兼有暴露癖，看了D君的健康照我也躍躍欲試。平日還真沒有注意飲食和健身，隻是打打網球，偶爾舉舉啞鈴，真正需要秀的時候就有些抓瞎了，亡羊補牢吧。

腹部已經看不到那當年的六塊了，腰部也有一個小遊泳圈。

夏天到了，光膀子的時間多一些，有機會還要健健身，練練肌肉，和各位中年朋友共勉。
