終於拿到PET CT 報告了，但看了犯暈，我到底是感染，還是肺癌？

Areas of cylindrical bronchiectasis and bronchial wall thickning demonstrate mild FDG activity. consistent with infectous/inflammatory process. there is nore focal increased activity in the left upper lobe, maxinum SUVs 5.5 - 7.7, corresponding to areas of patchy opacity in the anterior medial left upper lobe, representing areas of focal infection。

是感染，還是癌？
