以前不知道lamisil，管用嗎？超市裏有Lamisil 的 Cream，行嗎？

Lamisil Cream 這是治療腳趾的，能用來治療手指嗎？

我有過使用過 Lotrimin Liquid Spray 針對腳氣，能很快止癢和緩解症狀，但似乎不能根治，過一段時間還會出現。如何處理手指問題，我沒有經驗。
