癌胚抗原（CEA)

最近回大陸體檢發現癌胚抗原(CEA)偏高5.18, 請問我這種情況需不需要做PET-CT嗎？
本人身體健康不抽煙不飲酒沒有發現其他問題， 幾個月前打過新冠疫苗亦患過新冠不知有沒有影響
