Sprouted 堅果,或任何農作物,是不是都更有利於身體吸收營養,也就是飲食更健康?

Sprouted 堅果,或任何農作物,比沒有 Sprouted 的是不是都貴些?Whole Foods 的 Organic Sprouted Pecans 比 Organic Walnuts 要貴一倍。印象裏 Walnuts 應該比 Pecans 貴才對。Whole Foods 的 Organic Sprouted Pecans 比 Costco 一般的(非 organic) Pecans 要貴4倍,這價格值得嗎?

 

也想到了發芽的土豆不能吃,是吧?
