到底是不是哮喘

孩子13歲， 去年流感後變肺炎， 吃了阿奇黴素就好了。 之後幹咳了一個多月。 今年春天又生病， 去看了以後醫生說這個是哮喘， 診斷過程及其草率。就讓他開始用早晚激素噴霧。 現在情況是有感冒的話就會咳嗽， 感冒過後， 咳嗽也好轉， 但是下午總是零星還會有幾聲咳嗽。 除此之外沒有典型哮喘的症狀。也從來不需要吸醫生給開的緊急氣管擴張噴霧。家裏沒有哮喘的親屬。肺功能正常， 但是肺活量處在正常最下值。這兒的醫生讓他一直吸激素， 也沒說什麽時候能停。 我想萬一不是哮喘呢， 怎麽判斷到底是不是。
