So in conclusion, you don't think i need to file an amendment to H1b while I am still in the USA to tell them I have new nationality?
You think I can just go to London, to the US embassy, disclose to them I have a new passport, and I guess they can decide to issue the visa on my British or Chinese passport. If they don't mind issuing the visa on my Chinese passport, then I should just take it? (let's say the IO does not know China doesn't allow dual citizenship).
