剛接到RFE for I -130, 要求提供父親的結婚證明及翻譯件。 我肯定之前申請時就已附上，現在我估計：
1。可能之前的那份時間太久？ （2013年3月做的）， 我2018年7月替二老交的申請。
-This marriage certificate should be fine as long as it meets the USCIS requirements. If you don't have a new one in time, just provide the copy of this old one again for the RFE. Sometimnes, the IO is confused and asks this kind of document again.

2， 公證是2013年在他們的現在的戶籍地上海做的。他們結婚是1970年在重慶。RFE上寫著“The marriage certificate must have the seal of the issuing office, the date of registration, and signature of the registrar." 是否需要到重慶去開公證？必須他們本人前往？
-Not have to do it in 重慶.
