I believe he was tracked, and the paper statement he was given mention me is not admissible because of helping people immigrate illegally, which is nonsense, my dad has been an elementary teacher for his whole life, and the paper mentioned that we may be able to file I601, anyone here has experience filing I601, how to write the letter . thank you all for your help.
