父母移民簽證， 母親已拿到簽證，父親剛被拒

請問這種情況，又沒辦法讓他最快重新簽一次， 該怎麽補救。 

母親上個月先簽是由於父親要等體檢結果， 體檢最後也正常，拒的原因應該是回答的問題。 感謝各位回複。
