USCIS做事情真是拖。我老公本來年初的時候幫我申請H4,我一直有我自己的H1工作. 大半年過去了一名局就是不批。上個月老公的綠卡都收到了。我本來以為既然老公的綠卡都批了，我的H4肯定就不會批了因為這個H4嚴格來講是無效的，因為我老公已經不是H1了嘛，對不對？

-Technically, it should still be H1. But if USCIS ask this question, you need to justify that your spouse's H1 was invalid due to the I-485 approval and thus, your H4 should be also invalid. So, your H1 status is still valid even if the H4 applicaiotn was apporved.
