車庫的保暖問題

東北部。房子小，沒有地下室，洗衣機烘幹機還有water heater都在車庫。以前是燒油的，車庫有油罐。最近改了燒氣，但是furnace裝到閣樓上去了。這幾天天冷起來，我突然反應過來，會不會車庫水管凍了？以前因為油罐在，估計冬天不會太冷。這種情況是不是車庫要加個baseboard?或者水管上包那種帶電加熱的cable? 謝謝

我感覺裝修就是解決一個問題然後導致另外一個問題。不停修下去。
