The Premises is rented without appliances. The rental payment specifically EXCLUDES payment for
appliances. The following appliances are currently installed: Gas Stove, Dishwasher, and Microwave。
The Resident agrees to operate the appliances listed above properly at all times. If the Premises
includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, or dryer and they are listed above, they are
there solely for the convenience of the Resident. The Property Manager may undertake minor repairs,
however; if the repair is due to misuse or neglect, the repair may be made and billed to the Resident.
If the bill is not paid by the resident within thirty (30) days of service, legal action may be pursued.
