You Are Hereby Notified that Xxxx has retained and employed me as her attorney, and has placed in my hands for suit or collection, a claim or cause of action for injuries and damages which she sustained on or about the 15* of March, 2024 at your rental property located at xxxxx
And she has agreed to pay me, and I have agreed to accept, as my attorney fee for services rendered, and to be rendered by me in the matter, a sum of money equal to one-third percent of any money or other valuable thing which may be received or paid on account of said claim or cause of action.
