1 是說明排期到了嗎？
-Check the Visa Bulletin. Sometimes NVC may ask you to provide the documents even if your priority date is not current.

2 如果一起申請的孩子現在是20歲半，今天收到這封信，代表他已經適用那個兒童法了嗎？
-CSPA age = the child actual age when the priority date is current - the I-130 pending time. If CSPA age 21.

Note: the I-130 pending time = the I-130 approval date (notice issued date) - the I-130 receipt date (priority date).

因為21歲就不能隨父母移民

3 到了這一步，還有多長時間能拿綠卡？
-If the priority date is current, it may take several months to one year, case by case.
