這是什麽意思？
1 是說明排期到了嗎？

2 如果一起申請的孩子現在是20歲半，今天收到這封信，代表他已經適用那個兒童法了嗎？因為21歲就不能隨父母移民

3 到了這一步，還有多長時間能拿綠卡？
