我是EB2降級EB3 申了I-140的, EB3和EB2的140都已經批了, 現在PD(按照port的當是EB2的PD) CURRENT了, 想FILE EB3的485, 那麽還用附上EB2 140 approval notice(I797)嗎? 還是就附EB3 140 approval notice? 多謝..
