老公這次新的EB2 I-140可以relink到他的在我名下的485嗎？

-If his EB2 I-140 is approved, he can link his I-485 to his new I-140 though that I-485 was filed based on your Eb2 I-140. Also, your I-485 can be relinked to his Eb2 I-140.

要知道這次他的140，他是主申請人；可是他的485是07年在我名下file的，我是主申請人。他真的可以不用再file一個new I-485嗎？

要跨不同center re-link 是不是不如file 一個新I-485 快呢？

還有一個side note, 就是file 新I-485是公司出錢。所以隻是從保險性和時間性來考慮，怎樣做最好呢？

-Up to him. But if he will file an I-485, he had better withdraw the old one and thus, USCIS does not need to combine the old I-485 and the new one together.
