之前分別在a公司和b公司工作。現在在c公司。h1b第三年。
在a公司被laid off.公司提供了3個月paid leave給我找工作。這中間我就換了h1b到b公司並且開始工作。a公司提供的工作截止日期是3月31.b公司的開始日期是3月14.
現在在c公司開始辦eb2.律師要求填表和提供employment verification letter。a公司寫的結束日期是3月31.b 寫的開始日期是3月14. 我還需要填表寫明白我的工作起止日期具體到年月日。
我當初申請c公司的時候寫之前工作leaving reason是i don't like the company so i left the company。考慮到其實是termination date之前就找到新工作了，所以當初好多朋友說我可以算自己跳槽= =
請問8老師
1）這樣有時間重疊的employment verification letter會不會對perm有影響

2）我該如何填寫現在律師讓我填寫的之前工作起止時間的表格呢？-Tell the truth.
3）我不知道律師care 不 care這個。如果care,我可以不可以說根據之前公司的政策他們payroll run到月底所以termination date寫在月底。或者請問還有更好的說法嗎？
-Not need to explain anything. It is very normal. You were legal to work for both companies (i.e. it was legal for you to get paid from both companies) at the same time during that period of time because the old H-1 was still valid because the old company did not terminate your employment until March 31 and the new employer filed H-1 petition for you before March 14.
