律師說90%以上的概率會被拒
當前的H1B 5/2/2019到期且滿5年，理論上還能再延期1年，到5/2/2020 H1B用滿6年，老婆H4.
問題如下：
1.怎麽樣才能合法留在美國並有助於後續申請綠卡呢？
-If you can get your I-140 approval (e.g. NIW I-140) before your 6-year H-1 expires, then you can use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit. Anotrher choice is to change your H-1 status to O-1 and your spouse H-4 to O-2. Discuss O-1 applicaiton with yoru lawyer.
2.還需要提交RFE嗎？-Try your best. At least it does not hurt you anything even if the case is denied later.現在這個環境下，我這個Case被拒掉的可能性真的這麽大嗎？有人最近相似背景下成功的嗎？
3.需要申請NIW嗎？-Yes. 在什麽時間前提交NIW最有利呢？-Do it now, the sooner the better.
4.還能換律師重新提交EB1A嗎？兩次提交EBA1期間有時間間隔嗎？-No time limit, but if you have no new evidences in your background such as new publications, fundings, etc., I don't suggest you to file a new one.
5.為維持當前身份，除了申請H1B延期，還有別的選擇嗎？現在還允許H1B加急嗎？
