如果現在提交了RFE, EB1A最終結果被deny的情況下. 又到了HIB 6年的limit。 回國待一年，再簽H1B回美國，會不會由於有申請EB1A且被deny 的記錄而不能得到簽證，不能入境了呢？

-No problem. H-1B visa applicant/holder is alowed to ahve immigrant intent (dual intent). You may also try to change the H-1B to O-1 if you cannot extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit.
