聽人說，提交I-140時同時快速審理交I-907，會遇到幾個審理殺手。網上建議先提交I-140，過2周後再提交I-907。請教大家，多謝。
-My suggestion to you is that you had better not use premium processing because most likely USCIS will send you Request for Evidence (RFE), especially most your work was conducted in China and your English is not good enough to address your achievements and qualifications well. Just file regular I-140 and allow the IO to take more time to make a decision on your case.
