-Yes.

我網上看到他們審理一個case隻用15分鍾，不知道是不是這樣？

還有一個疑問是，如果我提交Eb1a，然後過段時間提交NIW材料，這樣是不是可以。

另外，NIW提交材料和Eb1a材料是不是類似，
-Yes, it is similar, but your petition letter (cover letter ) need to address your project is related to National interest in addition to your qualification description, and justify that if your employer file PERM (labor certificate)for you, that will take a longer time for you to get the green card, thus it is not good to US national interest.
