EB1 求助

我在公司的頭銜是International Accounting Manger, 主管亞洲，近來申請綠卡，公司律師給了建議說，讓我去亞洲工作1年，回來申請EB1。說這是最快捷拿到綠卡的辦法，公司各層領導也都同意了，請問各位老師可行嗎？有沒有什麽風險？ 多謝！

我現在是H1B，2017年滿6年。
