我夫人的H1身份月底就要過期（我是H1，身份暫時無礙），我們想在月底前把綠卡申請送上去，來避免她身份的失效（但她盡量不想走H4，怕影響EB1-A申請）。 我們會申請2個EB1-A cases, 每一個case 中，我和她都會輪流擔任主副申請人，有幾個問題想請教下：
1，為了維持她合法身份，是不是隻要我們遞交了140申請 （並且USCIS收到了）就行？還是說必須140和485同時申請才行？

2， 因為我們會申請2 EB1-A cases, 那是不是說每個人有可能會收到2個EAD/AP cards?
-You had better only apply for one EAD/AP.
3, 我們申請2個，是想其中一個作Premium Processing, 另一個做backup以維持身份，這樣可行不？
- My suggestion to you: because EB1A is complicate and cost is large, I would suggest you and your wife only file one EB1A I-140, not file I-485 before the I-140 approval (in case I-140 denial to waste I-485 filing fee). Then, after I-140 is approved, each of your file I-485. Your wife need to change her status to H4 in this case. Because she has no job, you may file I-140 as the primary applicant.
