急: B2 application DS-160 form: how to change photo after already

DS-160 form, Confirmation page already generated and fee paid, found that picuture cannot be the same as last time, can we change the photo on the application ? I tried,  looks cannot, have to create a new application, but my question is, if I create another application (ID), I have to pay another application fee? Please help
