The picture that I have used in the application form was taken more than 6 months ago and is the same as the last time I applied for B2 visa. I was told that I cannot use the same picture as previous visa application (which is about 1.5 years ago) and also, cannot use a picture that is older than 6 months.
Now I already paid the fee for the application that contains this old picture, is there way to change it ?

If you can not fix it, it may be still fine if your appearance should have not changed that much. Also, you may just bring your photo taken recently, along with the online DS-160 confirmation page, to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate at which you plan to apply for your visa, just in case.
