我6月份在這裏發過一個帖子，被控告家庭暴力。
Prosecutor給我一個offer，conditional discharge，給我一個violation, 要跟我三年，沒有記錄。
我本來想Take,在我律師的堅持下沒有拿，直接要求trial。於是Prosecutor就一直拖，每次都是they are not ready, case continued。下次開庭要10月份。這個事情5月底就發生了，要拖4個多月還不一定能結束。
其實我take the offer也沒什麽，隻是感覺DA根本就聽我老婆一麵之詞說我威脅她，很不公平。
因為order of protection，我不能回家，必須住親戚家，還要負擔家裏的所有開銷。我感覺法律就是為了富人服務的。
我被charge如下幾條
1.120.15 Menacing in the third degree.
A person is guilty of menacing in the third degree when, by physical
menace, he or she intentionally places or attempts to place another
person in fear of death, imminent serious physical injury or physical
injury.
Menacing in the third degree is a class B misdemeanor.
2. 145.00 Criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
A person is guilty of criminal mischief in the fourth degree when,
having no right to do so nor any reasonable ground to believe that he
has such right, he:
1. Intentionally damages property of another person;
3. 260.10 Endangering the welfare of a child.
A person is guilty of endangering the welfare of a child when:
1. He knowingly acts in a manner likely to be injurious to the
physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than seventeen years
old or directs or authorizes such child to engage in an occupation
involving a substantial risk of danger to his life or health;
4. 240.26 Harassment in the second degree.
A person is guilty of harassment in the second degree when, with
intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person:
1. He or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such other
person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same;
