有事故不一定說明有責任

醫療事故案件的關鍵是證明醫生沒有提供“合理的”治療。那麽稀血劑和眼睛手術的互動關係，根據這個論文，沒有普遍的guideline。那麽你醫生的辯解就比較多了，因人而異這個標準根本不是標準。所以要看律師能不能找到專業論據證明醫生違反了稀釋藥和手術的標準。
