You should consult with your attorney on how to plea. Depending on what kind of evidence prosecution has, there are many ways to fight to exclude them. For example, if the evidence is hearsay, it is excluded unless prosecution can find an exception. Your attorney would know what to do. 4th Amendment right of illegal search and seizure is usually another way to exclude evidence. Without seeing prosecution's evidence nobody can tell you how to exclude them. That is why you should trust your attorney and let him handle it.
