朋友從加拿大來美國，沒有工作，現在husband提出離婚，但是突然回國

臨走才通知朋友， 不知道是不是準備在國內提出離婚，這樣的話這邊的房子，還有贍養費朋友是不是都拿不到？

朋友想去老公公司人事處反映離婚的事情，不知道會有什麽後果。。。
