I agree with 單身老貓. my friend went through trial, it lasted more than 2 years and compare to what she got and what took her, it is really not worth it. plus both of you would be in bad financial situation. it is better to negotiate and compromise with your ex. This way is best of interest of kid. Please 悄悄話 to me if you need any help.
