You have two choices:

1. Go back to school so you can extend your F1

2. Start the divorce so you can stay until the case is done. (refernce to the He Mei case for this)

This is a very important choice in your life, you can not simply give it up. You really need to get a lawyer for yourself. All advices here are just peeople's guts feel and can only be used as FYI. You have seen that my opinion has already drawed disagreements. I just speak from my experience. Every state has its own rule and only lawyer at the state knows what is right or not right
