父親糖尿病，一隻眼黃斑病變，最近兩腿血栓

左腿醫生說是陳舊性血栓，右腿是新的，而且有四厘米大。另外有長期脈管炎，做過下肢支架。醫生給 Rivaroxaban 利伐沙班片 融栓。

我查到這個藥很容易引起視網膜出血和黃斑病變，很擔心。請問各位有沒有好的建議。父親79歲，基礎病多。
