收到交通警察開的粉紅刑事罰單，

上庭後法官問願不願意交5刀認罪，當時脫口說自己無罪，法官和奇怪的表情說，那就擇日再來上庭。

事後有點後悔，覺得為了5刀再去浪費時間不合算，但是，如果認罪，會不會有記錄影響呢？
