網上用信用卡的問題

我在網上用信用卡注冊了一個軟件的trail 7天，價格$4.88，confirm 付款後，發現額外加了$10.88的殺病毒軟件，我根本沒要這個軟件。

今天，我看我的信用卡紀錄，發現除了上邊的付款外，過了7天又收了我$50。

和信用卡公司聯係後，他們要我先聯係收款的公司，然後再和他們聯係。

我想收款的網上公司是個不良的公司，請問我該如何跟他們打交道？怎樣才能讓信用卡公司取消付款？
