YES, You were cited, a larceny ticket.  it is Misdemeanor.

YES, A ticket is a charge.

NO

26. Have you EVER been placed in an alternative sentencing or a rehabilitative program (for example, diversion, deferred prosecution, withheld adjudication, deferred adjudication)?

YES, restitution and community service is alternative sentencing or a rehab program for first time offender shoplifters.
