美國入籍被拒，怎麽辦？

上星期，我的移民入籍被拒絕，理由是：不是紐約州的居民。盡管我有綠卡二十多年，一直住在新澤西十多年，隻是今年9月起住在紐約。我有30天的上訴期，不知道怎麽辦？想聽聽大家的意見，謝謝！
