請教：馬蘭頭（食物）和作為中藥的馬蘭是一種植物嗎？

去年朋友給的，種在菜地裏，秋天的時候開了小小的菊花樣的粉色的花。今年春天出了很多，第一次采摘，並第一次試做了香幹馬蘭頭，和過去在上海吃的味道差不多。中藥馬蘭鏈接
