離婚官司，對方沒有誠實地disclose其個人財產，可以向法院起訴對方perjury嗎？或者，法院會自動追究其perjury的責

離婚官司進行中。第一次判決的時候，對方沒有完全披露其財產狀況，導致我這邊支付了過量的child 和 spouse support，以及對方的律師費。現在，我這邊發現一些之前被其隱瞞的個人財產，有一些證據。請問，可以向法院起訴對方perjury嗎？ 或者，法院會自動追究其perjury的責任嗎？並且要回我不應支付的那部分？
