你有證據公司解雇你的理由是你說的嗎？ 你沒有的話，官司怎麽打？

我估計你的HR根本不會提供書麵證據給你的解雇理由。你拿什麽告呢？告的目的是什麽？賠償金？來公司不到一年，最多給你4個星期加保險。 美國公司的雇傭是雙方意願。也就是說在任何時候，雙方都可以解除雇傭關係。

如果你要搬家費，看當初合同上怎麽寫的。你的一萬元是公司當初合同上說給你的，還是你自己的花銷？ 如果你的雇傭合同上沒有搬家費，那你多半告不贏。

如果你的技能很容易找工作，move on是最好的選擇。
