我就遇到過。第一件事是在EDS工作時，我是高級軟體攻城士，我很快就把我的任務完成了。然後，老板讓我看看同事Ron負責的程序，看看能否做些改進。結果 Ron很不高興，他認為這是老板不信任他，第二天他就辭職了。我沒有受到絲毫的影響，我繼續想辦法，把C 和 Oracle ProC 寫的程序的效率提高了50%的效率。
