想聽聽大家的高見，關於跳槽

現在一四大當manager, 45歲了， 另外一四大給我senior manager 的職位，工資高大概幾千， 還有mastercard 給我一manager, 工資也才不多。感覺四大滿累， 但有不甘心， 請大家參謀以下， 我該選哪 個？謝謝
