Be yourself. Get rid of low esteem:) Try to chat

A lot, ask questions about local culture etc. give them an impression of you are independent person. Do some research about the new company. Be cool. Maybe you could share which country you are heading for and whether the new boss is a local. What kind of industry you are in and what function. So we could give more advice on the areas you want to focus in. I guess the meeting will focus on where you are now and what changes you are expected to make etc.
