Sorry I didn't come to this forum for a couple of days. There is no much you need to do, just cooperate with the atternory assigned by the insurace company. Most likely they won't bother you in the next couple of years and then talk to you once to refresh their minds before trial. You may be required to appear in trial, but I am not sure. However 99% chance your case will be settled before trial.
