On the good side, you have her license plate number and just report to the police. You can call her insurance company directly and resolve the issue. She might be sick in hospital or work odd hours.

If she waited for you after the accident, I dont think she will hide from it. Plus, your car sensor acting up does not necessary means she damaged it. Just a bump in the parking lot does not cause that much damage to start with.
